Post 4-Midpoint Reflection

• The primary mission or purpose of the organization I work  for is to make sure that we are helping the people to get what they need through their situations beacuse this organization it really important for people who not working or not getting well paid in their jobs or the single parents out there because I know if my internship didn't exist many peopel not be happy because most of the people are poor so many people can to offer buy health food everyday so this internship is really helpful to many people.This internship has been similar from my expectation beacuse I always wanted to help people and that what Iam doing at my internship and that is really amazing to see these people smiles when they get want. The similar environment that I worked campared to Ihsl's school is that everyone get free food and there is a lot people and I also help people in Ihsl 's school just like What I do in my internship. Through this internship I have learned how to manage my time when there is a lot of work to do and have better communicator with people,however this skill will help me to get job in different stores or organizations.
•  My mentor and I have very friendly relationship with each other and co-workers is very nice and genegrous people we all treat each other with respect and that is always a good thing because if you don't show respect with the people you work than there is no chance of them to like you or work with you however I feel like I have grown as a result of interacting with professioanal adult because I work an adult people and I'm from them how be responible person as I grown up.
• My other kind of skills I have gained so far is adotion and keep learning new things everyday.the challenges I have to overcome is be to my internship on time so I can complete my hours on the requiremnent day. however the altered internship schedule has affect me in a way of doing work during the school day now I kind do them for homeworkt sometimes but I manage to get thm done on time because it can improve my grade.
• My goal for the five week that left of internship I hope to accomplish all my hours and get my all my assignment complete in school so I get time to study for the regents that are coming in june and also hope to learn more skills and keep experiencing  new things everyday.
